The Kellner’s Kitchen Remodel

Sam and his team completed our kitchen remodel on time and with the highest attention to service and detail. Before finding Property Experts, we had hired another contractor, who took a substantial amount of our money and failed to provide any work. As such, we were extremely gun-shy and hesitant about entering into another contract, but knew we needed professionals to get our kitchen remodeled to our expectations. Sam was very understanding and patient, and “held our hand” throughout the entire process. He was always available for phone calls (even on the weekends), and he never failed to update us on the progress and timeline of our project. Even though we had a couple of potentially lengthy delays, Sam was always upfront and honest, and made every effort to immediately remedy any issues. His subcontractors and employees were highly professional and personable, each offering to go above and beyond their basic scope of work. Our kitchen was remodeled within an extremely reasonable amount of time, and we could not be more pleased with the final product and the quality of customer service we received throughout the process. We would highly recommend Property Experts to anyone.
